PROFILE
Frank DiCola has over 50 years of experience in the energy management field and is the Founder and Executive Chairman of DCO Energy, LLC. In 2000, DiCola started leading the company from a single project in development with 5 people to an industry-leading company with over 300 people operating across the nation with projects valued at over $1 billion.
PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Frank DiCola previously was the President and Chief Executive Officer of DCO Energy, LLC from its founding in 2000 until 2020. Other significant positions include General Manager and Vice President of Conectiv Thermal Systems, Senior Executive, Atlantic Energy, Inc., a holding company responsible for Atlantic Energy’s non-regulated subsidiary), President and CEO of Atlantic Energy’s joint venture Cogeneration Development Company with Columbia Gas, and Assistant Manager at Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. (SWEC) Cherry Hill office, overseeing various engineering and design projects.
Frank has participated in the development of projects in excess of $2 billion, representing projects in district energy, renewable energy, combined cycle generating plants and other energy projects as a developer, owner, EPC contractor and operations and maintenance contractor.
EDUCATION
Frank has a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and is a registered professional engineer.
